The Community

We live in the school building as a community, consisting of staff, students, volunteers, and guest lecturers. The students primarily interact with each other and the staff members. The community is a warm environment where students can build their personal development and deeper friendships. We believe that living in a community contributes to character formation and has a positive influence on spiritual life. It is also excellent preparation for working in a team and church setting.
Taking classes together, working together, cooking together, and experiencing moments of prayer, worship, and encouragement brings enormous spiritual growth to the lives of every individual at the base. To encourage this, each student shares a room with a fellow student (men and women are separated). For couples and young families, a living room and several bedrooms are available upon request.
In the leadership school wing, there is a classroom and a common room where communal meals are held and where students can relax. The building offers ample opportunity for quiet work, quiet sitting, and relaxation. We are also surrounded by beautiful nature, where walking and sports offer wonderful opportunities for relaxation. We ask students to stay at the leadership school on weekends during the 12-week in-house program to build strong relationships with fellow students.

Personal Coaching

Each student is assigned a mentor who regularly meets with them throughout the program to discuss their progress and spiritual growth. The mentor is available for prayer and advice. Through personal guidance, the academic year can have a deeper impact on the student’s life. You will receive extensive personal guidance to help you fully master the curriculum, allowing you to bear fruit in all areas of your life and your own calling. During the coaching sessions, we will also discuss where you personally need to develop (and where you still need to develop). You will receive coaching in these four areas:

– Character Development
– Learning Skills
– Starting Your Own Project, Church, or Ministry
– Leadership

• Deepening individual character
• Pushing personal limits
• Overcoming fears
• Learning to persevere under pressure
• Growth in faith and self-confidence

Together with your trainer, you will determine the areas in which you want to grow. These core values will be applied practically, so that when you are finished, you will have reached a new milestone in your life.

Practical Information

Location

The sessions will take place near you. You will receive the exact location after registration.

Cost

First training for 99.00 Euro. Follow-up session on request and by arrangement. Includes food & drinks, activities and materials.

Times

A morning session: 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

An afternoon session: noon to 5:30 p.m.

One evening training: 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
