Kingdom Military Academy (KMA): Your journey to leadership, character, and your calling in God's kingdom.
The Kingdom Military Academy is a Christian military academy for training new and young leaders who want to serve full-time in God’s kingdom. It’s an intensive, life-changing training school with military disciplines lasting three months. This (international) training program offers a complete program with 10 weeks of instruction and two weeks of outreach.
- Start of training: There are two intake moments per year: one in January and one in September.
- Trainingscentrum - Neuhausen, Erzgebirgte Germany
- Cost: €2500. Includes: 3 months of housing, meals, study materials, and travel expenses.

The Royal Military Academy (KMA) is a three-month international leadership school that prepares you spiritually and mentally for leadership roles in God’s Kingdom. You will grow in personal development, character, faith, and mental resilience. At the Kingdom Military Academy, you will prepare for your own ministry. This will foster character development, leadership skills, and personal calling. You will also have the opportunity to learn spiritual Biblical principles, military disciplines, and leadership skills such as teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. These skills can be invaluable for working in God’s Kingdom or for starting your own ministry. Under the guidance of instructors, experienced experts, and guest lecturers, you will learn essential spiritual leadership skills and strengthen your character and mental resilience.
The Community
We live in the school building as a community, consisting of staff, students, volunteers, and guest lecturers. The students primarily interact with each other and the staff. The community is a warm environment where students can build their personal development and deepen their friendships. We believe that living in a community contributes to character development and has a positive influence on spirituality. It is also excellent preparation for working in a team and congregation.
Attending classes together, working together, cooking together, and experiencing moments of prayer, worship, and encouragement brings enormous spiritual growth to the lives of everyone at the base. To encourage this, each student shares a room with a fellow student (separate men and women). For couples and young families, a living room and several bedrooms are available upon request.
The leadership school wing houses a classroom and a common area where students can have communal meals and relax. The building also offers ample opportunity for quiet work, quiet sitting, and relaxation. We are also surrounded by beautiful nature, where walking and sports offer wonderful opportunities for relaxation. We ask students to stay at the leadership school on weekends during the 12-week internal program to build strong relationships with fellow students.
Personal Coaching
Each student is connected to a mentor who regularly discusses their academic progress and spiritual growth throughout the program. The mentor is available for prayer and advice. Through personal guidance, the academic year can have a deeper impact on the student’s life. You will receive extensive personal guidance to help you fully embrace the program, allowing you to bear fruit in all areas of your life and fulfill your calling. During the coaching sessions, you will also discuss your personal development needs, and you will receive tools to make significant strides in both character and competencies. You will receive coaching in these four areas:
- Character building
- Learning skills
- Starting your own project, church or ministry
- Leadership
